The program is designed for the preparation and storage of estimates, in addition, you can keep records of settlements with customers.
If you expect that the program includes a regulatory framework and the like, then this program is not for you. The program is suitable for those who are ready to add a list of
their services and materials to the program. For each item on this list, the price and unit of measure are indicated. Having a ready-made list in the program, you can easily
create an estimate. To do this, you just need to select a service or material from the list and indicate the required quantity (volume). Prices are included in the estimate from
the list. If necessary, you can specify other prices in a specific estimate. After drawing up and saving the estimate, it can be printed out or saved in a file and sent to the
customer by e-mail.
An additional function of accounting for mutual settlements with a customer allows you to control customer debt. This feature can be especially useful when the customer pays for
the work in installments. The program allows you to see the history of work and payments, as well as debt for the selected date.
