يهدف تطبيق المؤسسة العامة للضمان الاجتماعي في الاردن الى تقديم حزمة من الخدمات الإلكترونية المتميزة للأفراد والتسهيل عليهم.
و هذه الخدمات الإلكترونية الموجّهة للأفراد متاحة لأي مؤمن عليه بعد أن يقوم بالتسجيل عبر التطبيق او الموقع الإلكتروني، وهي خدمات مصنفة حسب المنفعة، فهناك خدمات تخص
المتقاعدين، حيث بإمكان المتقاعد الاستفسار عن بياناته الأساسية، ومعرفة تفاصيل رواتبه التقاعدية، أما المشتركون اختيارياً، فيمكنهم الاطلاع على بياناتهم الأساسية، ومعرفة فترات
اشتراكهم، وحركات سريان الاشتراك أو إيقافه، ورواتبهم، والدفعات المترتبة على اشتراكهم الاختياري.
