My DI는 두산인프라코어의 신차 정보 조회부터 내 장비 관리까지 고객에게 필요한 모든 정보(제품, 부품, 서비스 등)를 제공합니다.
[주요기능]
1. 구매 정보
- 신규 모델 출시 제원 확인 및 비교할 수 있으며, 사용자 위치 기반을 이용한 지역별 판매 법인 정보 확인 및 구매 문의를 할 수 있습니다.
2. 부품 정보
- 회원/사용자가 등록한 장비 모델별 맞춤 부품을 조회할 수 있습니다.
- 사용자 위치 기반을 이용한 국내의 모든 순정 부품 대리점 정보 조회가 가능하며, 구매하고자 하는 부품에 대해 구입 문의할 수 있습니다.
3. 서비스 예약
- 실시간 예약 가능한 일정을 확인할 수 있으며, 언제 어디서든 쉽게 서비스 예약을 할 수 있습니다.
- 서비스 예약 후 진행 사항, 서비스 이력 등을 편리하게 확인 하실 수 있도록 제공하며, 안내 및 알림을 제공합니다.
- 지정정비공장 및 일반 협력 업체 등 네트워크 정보를 제공하여 빠르게 장비 조치가 가능하도록 혜택을 제공합니다.
4. 장비 관리
- 회원/사용자가 등록한 장비 모델별 취급설명서 및 장비 관리 요령을 제공하여 사용자가 원하는 맞춤 정비가 가능합니다.
- 소모품 점검 예정일, TMS을 통한 장비 유지 및 리포트를 통하여 효율적인 차량 관리가 가능합니다.
- 고객 사용기를 통해 장비 영상 확인 등 고객 간의 커뮤니케이션을 할 수 있습니다.
5. 이벤트/뉴스
- 차량 및 부품 구매에 대한 프로모션 진행 시 프로모션 내용에 대한 App Push 및 알림을 제공합니다.
- 두산인프라코어 공지사항 및 뉴스 내용을 회원에게 제공합니다.

1. Purchase information
-You can check and compare new model release specifications, check regional sales company information and make purchase inquiries based on user location.
2. Parts Information
-You can inquire customized parts for each equipment model registered by the member/user.
-You can search information on all genuine parts dealerships in Korea using the user's location, and you can inquire about the parts you want to purchase.
3. Service reservation
-You can check the schedule that can be reserved in real time, and you can easily make a service reservation anytime, anywhere.
-After service reservation, it is provided so that you can conveniently check the progress and service history, and provides information and notifications.
-Provides benefits for quick equipment action by providing network information such as designated maintenance plants and general partners.
4. Equipment management
-User's desired customized maintenance is possible by providing user manuals and equipment management tips for each equipment model registered by members/users.
-Efficient vehicle management is possible through the scheduled date of consumable inspection, equipment maintenance and reports through TMS.
-Communication between customers, such as checking equipment video, can be performed through the customer user device.

-App Push and notification for promotion contents are provided when promotion for vehicle and parts purchase is in progress.
