BITS (Belgian Incident Tracking System) is a digital registration system used in collective emergencies for the collection, processing and dissemination of personal data of
victims, relatives and searched for persons in a secure way. It is used by all emergency services that are called upon within Discipline 2 (medical, psychosocial and
sanitary assistance). The programme is only accessible to registered users who have obtained access via the Belgian Federal Public Service for Public Health, Food Chain
Safety and Environment.
